I already knew about the breakfast, what I had not already read about was the "5:30 Kickback" in the evening. The evening kickback would meet anyone's needs for a dinner, not just appetizer! We also needed a Pack 'n Play for a baby, and they were able to meet that need for us as well. The staff was TREMENDOUS! I don't think that I came across any staff member that was not hospitable. The only negative was that we added an additional night at the last minute, and had to switch rooms in the morning of our last night there, and inadvertently left a pricey piece of clothing hanging on the back of the bathroom door. After some digging, it was found that the housecleaning staff tossed it, because they thought it was left behind to be disposed of. However, they did comp us our last night's stay, which more than made up for the cost of the item. But the main take-away to this was that they made it right for us. I don't stay at hotels often, and have never stayed at a Drury Inn before, but I will definitely be looking for a Drury Inn first whenever I am looking for a place to stay.

Very welcoming on arrival and throughout all encounters with staff. The decor was colorful and playful. The room was well appointed and neutral so very soothing. Lots of outlets thoughtfully placed. The towels were substantial and fresh. No bleach smell. The mattress was was very comfy. The complimentary breakfast was tasty, hot, filling with lots of options. The happy hour was ok, but very busy with lots of kids running around. So very loud. Not the hotel’s fault.

Pros: Beds and pillows were amazing!! The staff were super friendly. Location was great. Room was quiet. We never heard anyone else in the hotel while in our room. Our jet tub was amazing after a long day of walking. Loved the fountain pop and popcorn available to us at our leisure. Decent breakfast. Although we were unable to attend they have a kick back every night with food and drinks included in price. .

I was not expecting to get free drinks and food bar each night. That was not a feature that I recall seeing on the Bookings.com website. However, when I checked out - the guest services informed me of rewards program at no cost to me, along with the information that the drink / food bar is available each night every night of the year.

I love the extra hospitality (The popcorn, evening meal). I have told everyone about the hotel. Some may not look at the evening meal as very important but it is what does it for me. I am too tired to shower & go out after i get off work. Me and my fiance can shower and grab a meal to take to the room. Its wonderful.
